Saut has been working for insurance and reinsurance industry for 28 years. 

Currently, Saut is a Director at PT. Tala Reinsurance Brokers. Saut joined with PT. Asrinda Arthasangga Reinsurance Brokers for 13 years until September 2010 with last position as Technical Division before joined with PT. Tala Reinsurance Brokers. Saut was as Senior Manager at PT. Tala Reinsurance Brokers from 2010 up to 2018 and from July 2018 up to present Saut is as Director.  Saut has 15 years working experience at PT. Tala Reinsurance Brokers as technical division for facultative and treaty business. 

Education Degrees are Bachelor of Insurance Management (SM.As) at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Risiko Asuransi (STIMRA) and Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti (STMA Trisakti).

Otherwise, Saut also a holder of Professional Qualification as Indonesian Insurance (APAI), Reinsurance Brokers Expert and Certified of Indonesian Insurance & Reinsurance Broker (CIIB) from the Association of Indonesian Qualified Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers and competency degree holder Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP) by Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP MKS).

Besides the those above, Saut is also being active in The Association of Indonesian Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (APPARINDO) as a member of the technical board.
