Hendrik S. Nadapdap (53 years old) has been working in insurance industry for almost 30 years. His career in insurance industry is started from PT. AJ Bumiputera John Hancock as Financial Planner, Sales Manager from year 1998 for 2 years. From year 2004 to 2005 he joined PT. Asuransi AXA Indonesia as Marketing for General Insurance and Group Health Insurance.

Year 2005 he decided to joined PT. Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas as Corporate Account Manager for Corporate Segmentation and Product Socialization until end of year 2028. After that, year 2008 he joined PT. Asuransi Jiwa Recapital as Account Manager, Regional Manager with his first-year achievement is IDR 10 billion in direct selling, Top Producer in Health Insurance, Top Group Producer year 2008.

On year 2012 he joined Citra Internsional Underwriters (CIU) as Deputy Director Marketing until year 2014. He is continuing his career with Asta Kanti Insurance Broker since year 2014 until 2016 as Assistant Vice President – Business Development.

Then moved to CBDANH Pialang Reasuransi on year 2016 as Senior Manager Marketing and handling for Aviation business. KM Dastur, Kuala Lumpur registered office was his next journey started from year 2017 as Assistant Vice President until year 2018 then he moved to KM Dastur Jakarta Office as Director and ended on year 2020. Started from year 2020 until 2023 he was appointed as President Director & CEO of Freed Dinamika Indonesia. And currently, he is as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for PT. Tala Reinsurance Brokers since year 2024.
